-
Is Diggio Bonded Business Internet available in my area?
Yes! Before you sign up, we gather quotes from ISPs in your service region. Then, we help you choose plans with the bandwidth and price that are right for you. From there, we act as your ISP: managing billing and support and keeping your high-performance business internet in pristine condition.
-
How long does SD-WAN/Bonded Internet take to install?
Not long at all! If you're a new customer that doesn't currently work with Diggio, onboarding typically takes two to four weeks. Once you're a customer, Diggio can add new business locations to your SD-WAN network in just 48 hours. After we get your new location setup in our system (see timelines outlined above), we'll ship you a plug-and-play appliance that's ready for your network—or we can send a technician to handle the installation for you for a small installation fee.
-
How does Bonded Internet improve uptime?
Bonded Business Internet gives your computers two or more independent pathways to the internet. When a downed line, maintenance operation, or equipment outage takes one ISP offline, other providers in your region remain fully functional. Our appliances ("bonders") stop using the downed service and move all your data to the working one(s) in real-time, giving your internet-reliant applications an uninterrupted connection.
-
Do I still need internet service from other providers?
Yes. To eliminate downtime, you need at least two pathways to the internet—and that requires service from at least two underlying carriers. But we'll help you find the services you need, and we'll manage them for you. We'll serve as your one-stop source for technical support and billing.
-
Which connection types are supported?
Our appliances, called "bonders," can support almost any type of connection. That includes fiber-optic lines, cable, DSL, LTE, and even some satellite services.
